Cumi Masak Taosi
fried squid in black bean sauce

500g cumi / squid
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic
1 shallot
2 green chilies
2 red chilies
2 tbsp taosi / tausi / douchi / black bean paste
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Clean the squid and cut into pieces. Throw away the head. Marinate the cumi with the lemon juice and salt for at least 15 minutes. Cut the garlic and shallot fine. Cut the chilies into pieces.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 1 minute. Add the chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the cumi and fry 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and cook slowly until tender.
