Ikan Pangang (panggang)
grilled fish

2 ikan kembung / mackerel
2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
2 tbsp water
salt to taste
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Pound the lomboks into a paste and mix it with the 1/2 tsp salt. Clean the fish and cut them lenghtwise. Rub the inside of the fish in with salt. Heat in a wok the oil and mix in the kecap, the lomboks with the salt and the water into a sauce and remove the heat. Grill the fish above a charcoalfire until done and goldenbrown while dripping the fish regulary with the sauce
