Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 singkong leaves (manioc), cooked
50 g green beans, cooked
1000 ml santen cair
3 asem kandis
1 mackerel (ikan pedah)
1 tsp salt
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
2cm jahe
2cm kunyit
2 cm laos
5 kemiri nuts
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the singkong leaves into pieces. Heat in a pan the santen with the asem kandis and the fish and stir well. Add the salt, pepper, singkong and the green beans and cook slowly until tender.
