4 red chilies
4 green chilies
6 jeruk purut
2 salam leaves
1000 ml santen cair
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
9 shallots
2 cm laos
5 red rawits
4 red chilies
5cm kencur
4 kemiri nuts
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the chilies into strips and fish into pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the chilies, the salam and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the fish and stir together well. Add the coconut milk, salt and pepper and cook slowly until done.
