Solamu - meatballs

250 gr minced beef
150 gr beef
100 gr shrimps
100 gr carrots
4 tbsp rice flour
3 eggs
2 cloves garlic
5 coriander leaves
1/4 spring onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp powder milk
1 tsp flour

Cara membuat:
Slice the garlic, the coriander and the spring onion fine. Cut tthe meat fine, chop the shrimps and grate the carrot. Mix all ingredients except 2 eggs, the rice flour and the flour and form balls.
Steam the balls for 30 minutes until done. Beat the eggs. Sprinkle the balls with the flour and coat them with the eggs and the rice flour. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the ball golden brown.
