meatballs with a spicy sambal
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
10 basko sapi / meatballs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
4 shallots
10 red lomboks
10 red rawits
1/2 tbps terasi / trasi
Taburan:
garnish:
1 lime, juice
1 tbsp kecap manis
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan of water and cook the bakso until done. Let it drain afterwards. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bakso until brown. Then press the bakso firmly into the sambal and serve it with the lime juice and the kecap.
Sambal:
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then mix in the palmsugar and the salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
