Sambal Tempe Pedas Harum
spicy fried tempeh with kemangi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr tempe
4 cloves of garlic
6 red rawits
2 red lomboks
3 cm kencur
1 tsp salt
1 bunch of kemangi
oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe into cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tempe until golden brown and set aside.
Pound or grind the garlic, the raits, the lomboks, the kencur and the salt into a paste. Puree the tempe and mix it through. Then mix in the kemangi and serve.
