shrimp fritters with vegetables
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 gr shrimp
50 gr bean sprouts
50 gr carrot
100 g cabbage
100 gr rice flour
50 gr flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
125 ml thick coconut milk (kental, from 1/4 coconut)
1 egg
1 spring onion
2 tbsp water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 kemiri nut, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the shrimp. Finely chop the carrot, the cabbage and the spring onion. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix all ingredients well and form a spiced batter. Then divide it into 12 portions.
Heat the oil in a pan and first heat a (vegetable) spoon. Spoon in the portion and fry it until half done. Remove the spoon and continue to fry the gimbal until done.
