small spring rolls

500 gr minced meat
2 cloves garlic
2 shallots
2 eggs
1 tbsp rice flour
1 red lombok (large chili)
salt to taste
10 spring roll pastries

chilie sauce

Cara membuat:
Rasp the shallots or slice it thin. Cut the lombok and the garlic fine. Mix the meat with 1 egg, the shallots, the garlic, the lomboks, the flour and the salt. Cut the pastry fourways. Add on each piece some of the mixture and roll it up (1 cm thick). Cover the end with some clutched egg. Heat in a wok the oil and deep fry the serutu and serve it with chili sauce
