Serundeng Kacang Tanah

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr peanuts
4 jeruk purut leaves
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
3 cm lengkuas / galangal
1/2 coconut
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar, roasted
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cm kunyit
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Grate the coconut in length. Grate the laos and finely chop the serai and the jeruk purut. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Peel the peanuts.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the peanuts golden brown and cooked and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut, the serai and the laos for 5 minutes. then add the coconut and cook over low heat until it turns golden brown. Then add the peanuts and mix everything well. Serve.
