Bakwan Udang
seasoned shrimp/prawns fritters
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
200 gr shrimp/prawns, peeled
1 lime, juice
150 gr of flour
100 ml of broth
1 egg
1 spring onion
50 gr corn kernels
100 gr carrot
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palmsugar
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit, roasted
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the shrimps/pranws with the lime juice and leave for 15 minutes. Slice the spring onion and beat the egg. Grate the carrot. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Then mix all the ingredients together well into a homogenous mass and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry 1 tbsp of the mass until golden brown and serve.
