Assinan Babi
sweet and sour pork
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr pork
75 gr rice flour
3 cloves of garlic
100 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
1 onion
2 tomatoes
5 cm jahe (ginger)
250 gr pineapple
100 ml of water
1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp grated palm sugar
salt to taste
oil

acar campur (atjat tjampoer)
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the coconut milk with the flour and salt. Cut the meat into pieces and add to the coconut milk mixture and marinate the meat for at least 60 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat in 15 minutes brown. Cut the tomatoes into slices and pineapple into cubes. Chop the onion finely. Pound the jahe into a paste. Heat the water in a pan and add the palmsugar, the onion, the pineapple, the jahe and the tomatoes and cook it all done. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch and then add the meat and cook it for 15 minutes more. Serve with acar.
