steamed tuna with vegetables from the Moluccas

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500g tuna or swordfish
1 tsp salt
1 lemon, juice
200g cucumber
1/4 young coconut
100g bean sprouts
7 garter / snake beans
10 sprigs kemangi
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 red chilies
4 red rawits
1 tsp shrimp paste
1/2 tsp salt
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and rub it in with the salt and lemon juice but leave 1 tbsp lemon juice. Steam the fish until cooked and pick it apart (very fine)
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the garter into pieces, seeded cucumber and chop finely. Grate the coconut.
Mix the coconut, the paste, the bean sprouts, the kemangi, the garter, cucumber, lemon juice and fish well and serve.
