Bakwan Jagung Kencur
with kencur seasoned corn cakes

2 sweet corn
1 egg
1 spring onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar

2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 red lomboks
3 cm kencur
1/2 tsp ketumbar

Cara membuat:
cut the corn from the flask. Cut the spring onion into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix all ingredients well. Heat the oil in a pan and add 1 tbsp of the corn mixture and press it flat against the edge of the pan and fry it until brown and done. Let it drain on kitchen paperand serve.
