Asisan Mango
sweet-sour mango

2 green mango's
2 tbsp sugar
1 red lombok (large chilie)
1 tsp salt
300 ml water
1 cinnamon stick
4 tbsp vinegar

cara membuat:
Peel the mango's and cut it intor thin strips. Cut the lomboks into thin strips. Heat in a pan the water and add the suiker, the vineager, the salt and the cinnamon. Cover the pan and let it simmer very slowly for 15 minutes. Mix the lombok with the mango's and pour the sauce over it and let it rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
