sweet/sour vegetables with peanutsauce


1/4 cucumber
3 carrots
6 tbsp shredded rammanas
1 sawi asin (salted chinese cabbage)
3 white cabbage leaves
100 gr beansprouts
100 ml water
4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp palmsugar

Bahan-bahan saus:

ingredients sauce:
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
7 red rawits (small chilies)
150 gr roasted peanuts
salt to taste


krupuk (prawn crackers)

Cara membuat:
Slice the cucumber and the carrots julienne. Wash the salted cabbabe and slice this julienne togethe with the white cabbage. Mix the water with the vinegar and the palmsugar. Add the vegetables and let it rest for 30 minutes, then drain but keep the fluid.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce fine into a paste and mix it with the kept fluid. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and garnish it with the krupuk.
