Manisan mango pedis

1 mango
3 red lomboks
175 gr sugar
100 ml water
1/2 tsp salt
2 drops yellow food coloring

Cara membuat:
Cut the chilies into thin strips. Heat in a pan the water and add the sugar, the salt, the food coloring and the lomboks. Stir the water well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Peel the mango and cut it into thin slices and add it to the sugar water and let it cool overnight.
