Daging Bawang Jeruk
Stewed beef with onion and a citrus aroma

300 gr beef
2 salam leaves
4 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
500 ml coconut water
2 tbsp oil

10 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red rawits
3 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
1 teel trassi

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces of 3x3 cm. Chop the jeruk purut finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam and jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Add the meat and cook until it changes colour. Then add salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the coconut water and simmer gently until the meat is cooked.
