Sate daging bumbu kelapa

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat into cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Add the coconut and stir until smooth. Then mix in the meat and let marinate for 30 minutes. Put the meat on skewers and roast the meat over a charcoal fire golden brown and done.
