Sate Bumbon Daging Sapi
Beef sate with peanut sauce

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr tenderloi
100 gr beef fat
20 sate sticks

Bahan Pelenkap:
marinade:
150 ml kecap manis
1/2 tablespoon of asamwater
1 1/2 tablespoon ketum bar
1 tablespoon of oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon clove
75 g of palm sugar
1/2 tsp jinten
1 kardemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt

Bahan Sambal Kacang:
Ingredients peanut sauce:
150 gr of peanuts, mashed
1 teaspoon salt
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 tablespoons of palm sugar
50 gr peanuts, minced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of asamwater
4 red lomboks, minced
450 ml of water

1 tomato, minced
8 green rawits, minced
3 shallots, minced

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat and the fat into small cubes. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well together. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat, fat, marinade and bumbu well together and let it rest for at least 2 hours. Put the meat and fat alternately on to the skewers.
