Dendeng Kecap
deep fried beef
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
500 gr prime beef
1 red lombosk (large chilli pepper)
2 tsp tamarind
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground pepper
oil
1/2 lime (juice)
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 cm laos (galangal)
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Deseed the lombok and cut in into small strips. Cut the beef into thin slices. Pound the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the kecaps, the salt, the pepper, the tamarind and the water and marinate the meat with it for at least 45 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and deep fry the meat. Drain the beef and sprinkle it with the lime juice and the lombok.
