Steak with sauce
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr steak
2 shallots
2 tbsp butter
Haluksan:
Bumbu:
5 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp kecap manis
Bahan-bahan saus:
Ingredients sauce:
1/2 onion coarsly sliced
2 tbsp butter
200 ml water
1 tbsp vinager
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp kecap mnis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 tbsp water
Cara membuat:
Preperation/method:
Cut the meat into slices. Slice the shallots fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix this with the shallots and the steak and let it rest for 1 hour. Heat in a pan the butter and fry the steak brown and done. Laddle the sauce on top and serve.

Preparation/method sauce:
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion glazed and soft. Add the water, the vinager, the palmsugar, the salt and the kecaps and let it cook slowly. Add the cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickens.
