meatballs Balinese style

150 beef
150 gr tempe
1 teaspoon flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 jeruk purut / kaffir lime
1 lemongrass 
2 red chilies
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
250ml coconut milk
1 tbsp asemwater
2 tbsp oil
3 red chilies
6 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 cm jahe
1 cm kencur
1 cm galangal
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
Cara membuat:
Steam the tempe until cooked and grind it fine. Mix the meat with the salt, flour and tempe and form the mixture into balls. De-stoned the two chilies and cut into thin slices
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lemon grass, the jeruk purut and chilies for 5 minutes. Add the meatballs and fry it brown. Add the palm sugar, salt and coconut milk and cook gently until the sauce has thickened. Then mix in the asemwater and serve.
