crispy fried beef with sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef
1500 ml water
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp corn starch
6 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 cm jahe
5 cm kencur
5 red lomboks
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 cloves

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the meat into thin slices. Heat in a pan the water and add the bumbu, the salt an the meat and let it cook for 90 minutes. add the corn starch and let it simmer slowly until the sauce has thickened. Remove the meat.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat crispy in 5 minutes. Pour the sauce on top and serve.
