Daging Bawang
beef with shallots and chives

500 gr rump steak
16 small red shallots
1 bunch chines chives / wild garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili oil

Bahan-bahan marinade:
ingredients marinade:
1 tbsp chile oil
1 tsp purple peppercorns
1 tbsp kecap manis
3 tbsp rice wine

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into very thin slices. Mix the ingredients for the marinade well and marinate the meat with it for 2 hours. Slice half of the shallots lengthwise. Cut the chives into pieces.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Add the beef and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the oyster sauce and the chives and fry it for 1 minute, then serve
