Daging Batokok Siram Acar
fried braised beef with acar
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr beef tenderloin
2 tsp salt
3 cloves of garlic
water
oil
Bahan acar:
ingredients acar:
7 shallots
3 green lomboks
15 red rawits
150 gr green tomatoes
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
10 limes, juice
100 ml hot oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and slice the shallots. Cut the lomboks into diagonal rings and the rawits into pieces. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Heat water in a pan together with the meat, salt and garlic and cook until the meat is tender and the moisture has been absorbed.
Remove the meat from the pan and cut into 4x5 cm slices. Work the meat with a meat mallet. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until the outside becomes slightly dry. Then place the meat on a platter and spoon the acar over it and serve.
Mix all the ingredients for the acar well. Then mix in the oil and then the lime juice.
