Sate Lilit Sampi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr minced beef
100 gr grated coconut
2 tbsp santen (coconut milk)
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red lomboks
5 cm laos (galangal)
5 cm jahe (ginger)
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1/2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/8 tsp kencur
1 tsp gula bali (palmsugar)
1 tsp asem (tamarind)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
bamboo skewers / serehstems (lemongrass)
Cara membuat:
preparation/method;
Cut the shallots into thin slices, Cut the garlic fine. Cut the lomboks into thin slices. Hrate the jahe, the laos and the kunyit. Chop the jeruk purut leaves fine. Mix the santen with the grated coconut.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 2 minutes and add the garlic, the laos, the jahe, the kunyit, the ketumbar, the kencur, the asem, the gula bali and the lomboks and fry it for 2 minutes more and let it cool off.
Mix it with the meat, the jeruk purut leaves, the grated coconut, the salt and the pepper and form small balls. Thread the ball on the skewers/stems. Roast the balls slowly above a charcoal fire for 5 minuten until brown and done.
