600 ml santen (coconut milk)
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp oil

7 shallots

Cara membuat:
Heat a skillet and roast the kemiries without using oil. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the santen and add the bumbu, the meat, the salam, the sereh and the salt and let it simmer until the meat is done and the sauce had thickened. Cut the meat into thin slices.
