500 gr beef
1/2 tsp ketumbar
3 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp asem
1 tsp salt
250 gr grated cocos (1 coconut)
2 salam leaves
1 sereh (lemongrass)
5 tbsp palmsugar (gula jawa)
250 ml water

1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp asem
6 cloves garlic
5 shallots
4 cm laos

Cara membuat:
Slic the beef into strips and pound them until tender. Mix the ketumbar with the 3 tbsp palmsugar and the beef. Heat a wok and let the beef simmer slowly until the meat is tender and the liquid has evaporated/
Roast the ketumbar dry in a skillet and ppund or grind all ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the water and add the bumbu, the asem, the salt, the cocos, the salam and the sereh and let it simmer slowly. Add the palmsugar and the beef when the cocos turned golden brown and let it simmer until the liquids has evaporated.
