spicy dried baked beef

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr sirloin beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp asem / tamarind
2 tbsp water
3 tsp rice vinager

Haluskan:
boemboe:
3 red lomboks (large chilies)
1/2 tsp salt
5 shallots

Cara membuat:
preperation/method;
Cut the meat into thin strips. Mix the asem with the water. Rub the asemwater together with the salt into the meat. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat brown. Remove the meat and fry the bumbu in the oil for 3 minutes. Add the meat and the ricevinager and fry it more 3 minutes more.
