1000 gr beef
1 coconut, grated
5 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
500ml water
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp asam water
3 tbsp oil

9 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
5 cm jahe
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Roast the coconut until golden brown and then pound or grind it fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the meat into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and fry until it changes color. Then add the water and add the coconut and cook until the meat is tender.
Then add the kecap and the asam water and cook while stirring until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
