Pindang Tulang Iga (Sunda)

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef ribs
2000ml water
1 salam leaf
2 serai/sereh/lemon grass
1 tomato
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 asam jawa
4 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm kunyit, toasted
3 cm jahe
Cara membuat:

Cut the ribs into 5 cm pieces. Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and cook until soft. Remove the meat from the pan and strain the stock. Then add the meat again.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the tomato into cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the serai and the lengkuas for 5 minutes. Add this to the meat and mix well.
Then add the tomato, the kecap, the salt, the palm sugar and the asam jawa and cook until done. Serve.
