500g beef (shank)
1000 ml of coconut milk
3 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 red chilies
6 shallots
3 garlic cloves
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Mix the bumbu with the meat and put this in a pan and stir until smooth. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and palm sugar and let it simmer slowly until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
