Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr of beef
4 asam sunti
2000 ml of water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red lomboks
3 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cm kunyit
3 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into large pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine to a coarse paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat, the bumbu and the asam sunti and bring to the boil. Then let it simmer slowly until the meat has become tender and done.
