Gore-Gore Sulawesi
spicy beef from central Sulawesi

500 gr beef
1250 ml of water
2 jeruk purut leaves
3 cloves of garlic
4 red lomboks
1 tomato
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp asam water
4 tbsp oil

5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 red rawits

Cara membuat:
Heat the water in a pan together with the meat and the jeruk purut and cook the meat until tender. Then scoop it out of the pan and cut it into 3cm cubes. Keep 500 ml of the stock.
Cut the garlic into thin slices. Deseed the lomboks and cut them into rings of 2 cm width. Cut the tomato into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the garlic, lomboks and tomato for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well.
Then add the salt, pepper and palm sugar. Add the stock and cook until it is completely absorbed. Then mix in the asam water and serve.
