stewed seasoned beef from Sulteng

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef (brisket)
2000 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
1 tomato
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
7 tbsp asam water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
11 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
10 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes of 3 cm. Cut the tomato fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 7 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft.
Then add the meat and fry until it changes colour. Then add the water, the pepper, the salt and the palm sugar and cook the meat until done. Then spoon in the asam water and serve.
