in coconut milk cooked beef
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr beef
5 salam leaves
1500 ml thick coconut milk (santen asli)
1500 ml thin coconut milk (santen cair)
5 tbsp vegetable oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
21 pc shallots
11 pc garlic
5 red peppers
15 red birdseye chilli peppers
15 pc candle nuts
8 cm kunyit (kurkuma)
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Cut the meat in bite-sized pieces. Pound the ingrediënts for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil en fry the paste for 3 minutes. Add then the thin coconut milk with the beef and let it cook slowly until it becomes dry. Add the the salam and the thick coconut milk en let it slowly cook dry.
