400 gr beef (shank)
1 tomato
200 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
10 red lomboks
3 red rawits
4 cm jahe
1/2 tsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices of 1 cm thickness. Cut the tomato into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the tomato and fry until soft.
Then add the meat and cook until the meat changes colour. Then add the water and fry / stew until done. Serve.
