Daging Sapi Bumbu Rujak

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr beef (silverside)
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 lime, juice
1 tbsp kecap manis
500 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
4 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 tbsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Marinate the meat with the ketumbar, the lime juice and the kecap and leave it for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and the marinade and cook the meat covered until done. Then add the bumbu and cook/fry the meat until the moisture has evaporated.
