beef in a seasoned coconut milk sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef (lean, like sirloin steak / lean stew)
250 ml thick coconut milk (kental)
2 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 salam leaf
4 cm lengkuas / galangal
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
13 cloves of garlic
6 kemiri nuts
3 shallots
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp jinten
1 tsp pepper
2 cm kunyit
6 cm jahe
1 tbsp salt
Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into slices and crush it. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai, the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and fry the meat brown. Then add the coconut milk and cook over low heat until the meat is done and the sauce is thickened.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng over it and serve.
