stuffed meatballs with egg

400 gr minced beef
12 quail eggs, hard boiled and peeled
1 egg white
2 tomatoes
1 onion
5 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
500 ml of water
2 tbsp butter

Cara Membuat:
Cut the shallots and garlic into thin slices and onion in thin strips. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Season the meat with half the pepper, nutmeg and salt. Mix in 2 tbsp kecap and the egg white. Divide the mass into 12 servings and wrap each serving around the egg.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the shallots, garlic and onion for 4 minutes. Then add the meatballs and tomato and fry the balls until brown. Then add the water, kecap, pepper, salt, nutmeg and sugar and simmer it gently until the meat is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
