Daging Asam Jakarta

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef (inside)
400 ml of water
150 ml of coconut milk
1 theel asam jawa
1 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cloves of garlic
1 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat until half done. Remove it from the pan and cut it into 20 pieces. Then pull the meat apart.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Then add the asam, the palmsugar and the pepper and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and the meat and cook the meat from low heat until tender and until the moisture has evaporated. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
