Gore Gore Daging

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr beef
750ml water
2 salam leaf
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 cloves
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 cm jahe
4 tbsp asam water
1/2 sweet potato
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks, pitted
11 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1 serai/sereh/lemon grass, white part
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the potato julienne. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the potato until golden brown and crispy and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the water in a pan and add the meat, salam, salt, cinnamon, cloves, jahe and asam water and cook the meat until tender. Remove the meat from the pan and cut it into pieces.
Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and brown the meat and set aside. Then add the bumbu and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and palm sugar and mix well. Then mix in the potato and serve.
