Daging Goreng Sambal Kemiri
fried beef with a spicy sambal
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr beef (shank)
2 cm jahe
2 salam leaf
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1000 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
Bahan sambal:
2 red lomboks
4 kemiri nuts
1 tsp terasi / trasi
6 red cabaik keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 red rawits
2 shallots

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Roast the ingredients for the sambal first (except the salt and palm sugar). Then pound or grind the ingredients into a paste. Set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat and the jahe and cook the meat almost done. Remove the meat from the pan and cut it into slices and flatten it. Keep 600 ml of the broth.
Heat in a pan the broth together with the bumbu, the salam, the salt and the palmsugar and cook the meat over low heat until done and until the liquid has nearly evaporated.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown and serve it with the sambal.
