Tumis Tempe Taoco
fried tempe in spicy sauce

300 gr tempeh
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
5 tbsp tauco
1 tbsp of saus tomat (see recipe)
150 ml of water
1 tsp of palm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tempeh into cubes. Heat in a pan of sufficient oil and fry the tempeh golden brown and set aside. Cut the shalots and garlic into thin slices and the lomboks in slanted rings.
Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes and then add the lomboks and fry for another minute. Then add the tempeh and mix everything well. Then add the tauco, the saus tomat, the palm sugar, the salt, the pepper and the water, mix well and cook slowly until done.
