Daging Goreng Mentega Cabai Hijau

300 g of roast beef / sirloin / tenderloin
4 cloves of garlic
5 green lomboks
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbps kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
3 tbsp butter
Cut the meat into thin strips, the onion into thin slices, the lomboks in slanted rings and chop the garlic finely.
Heat in a pan the butter and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry the meat until it changes color. Add the chilies and fry until soft.
Then add the oyster sauce, kecap, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and cook it slowly until done.
