Sop Ikan Bawang
fish onion soup
Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
1000 ml fish stock
4 haddock
4 shallots
1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
pepper and salt to taste
2 twigs celery
25 gr mihun (rice vermicelli)
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:

Heat in a pan the stock and add the fish. Boil the fish until done and remove. Cut the fish in small pieces. Cut the shallots fine, chop the celeru and grate the ginger. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Then add the fish and fry for 2 minutes more. Add to the stock the mihun, the kecap, the ginger, the vinegar, the pepper and the salt and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Then add the shallots and the fish and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in the celery and serve.
