Daging Masak Hitam
dry fried black beef

500g beef
800 ml water
2 cm laos
3 jeruk purut
2 lemongrass
4 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
2 kluwek
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 red chilies
1 red rawit
3 candlenuts
1 tsp ketumbar
3cm kunyit
Cara membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the meat until done. Remove the meat from the pan and cut into cubes of 3 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the laos, the lemon grass, the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Add meat and mix. Then add the salt, pepper and the kecap and mix. Then pour in the broth in small quantities and fry until done and the liquid has evaporated.
