Sate Sapi Bumbu Ketumbar
Sate of beef with coriander

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
300 gr tenderloin
150 ml kecap manis
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tbsp of asam water
2 tbsp oil
Sate skewers

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
5 shallots
5 cloves garlic
4 red lomboks, pitted
2 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp palm sugar

3 stalks of coriander (leaves)

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes of 3cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the bumbu with the kecap, ketumbar, oil, asamwater and marinate the meat and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Put the meat on the skewers and roast over a charcoal fire until done and bask regularly with the marinade. Sprinkle the coriander leaves on top and serve.
