Sate Sapi Manis
beef sate with a sweet dressing

500 g tenderloin
13 tablespoons kecap manis (200 ml)
2 tbsp oil
Sate skewers

3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 cm laos
1/2 tsp jinten
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
50 g palm sugar
2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp asam / tamarind (5gr)

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu, the kecap and the oil and let it rest/marinate at least 2 hours.
Then thread the sate onto the skewers and roast slowly over and over a charcoal fire until bronw and done. Regularly bask during roasting with the marinade.
